The AAASE’s mission is to advance the leadership of US science and engineering and to mentor the next generation. The goal of this leadership mentoring luncheon is to create an in-person networking and advising opportunity between the next generation future leaders and the AAASE distinguished fellows, Nobel laureates, national academy members, AAASE new awardees, business leaders, and AAASE Advisory Board Members and Board Members to share their successful experience, discuss future opportunities and challenges, foster collaborations, and establish mentoring relationship.

In addition, emerging topics such as AI and data science, life sciences, physical sciences, mathematics, clean energy, space exploration, service to humanity, and career opportunities will also be discussed during the luncheon.

At the end of the mentoring program, students and early careers are encouraged to share their mentoring experience.
