About the Summit
The AAASE Summit convenes faculty, researchers, students, and industry leaders from across the Asian American science and engineering and wider community for two days of technical programming, mentorship, student project competition and networking. This year, AAASE Summit comes to MIT’s Kirsch Auditorium, bringing the community back to one of the country’s leading centers of scientific research and innovation.

Summit/Reception Title Naming Sponsor — $20,000 minimum · 1 available
The Summit’s premier sponsorship. The title naming sponsor’s name and brand are attached to the Summit’s signature evening reception (e.g., “Evening Reception presented by [Sponsor Name]”), with a dedicated speaking opportunity, a full-page program book advertisement, complimentary admission, and top placement across all Summit marketing channels.
Diamond Sponsor — $10,000 minimum · 2 available
Diamond sponsors receive a 5-minute speaking slot at the reception, a half-page program book advertisement, an on-site retractable banner, and advertisement placement across the event website, member report email, and promotional materials.
Platinum Sponsor — $5,000 minimum · 5 available
Platinum sponsors receive a quarter-page program book advertisement, an on-site retractable banner, and advertisement placement across the event website, member report email, and promotional materials.
